Kevin Simms
Kevin is a communication and negotiation coach with a well-known brand and a long history. I keep that brand consistent across his website, logo files, guides and the on-screen presentations that back up his words in workshops and pitches.
The website
Off WordPress, and easy for Kevin to run.
The old WordPress build was not mobile friendly. I moved the site to Rocketspark so Kevin can update it himself whenever he needs to.
His extensive blog is now simple to add to and manage, which keeps his articles fresh and working for search. The site leads with a clear "Winning Through Communication" message and testimonials from well-known NZ companies.
On mobile
Built for the phone in your hand.
Clients look Kevin up on their phones, so every page is laid out for small screens.

The brand
An established brand, kept intact.
Kevin's brand is recognised and has history, so the job was to preserve it, not reinvent it. The board brings its logo versions, colours and type together on one page.

Brand guides and logo suite
Reverse engineered, then written down.
Kevin had no brand guides and no logo suite, so I worked backwards from what already existed: his logo, website and printed material. The result is a 20-page guide and a numbered logo suite. The right file now exists for every job, and anyone from a printer to a web developer knows what to use and how.

Digital Christmas card
A warm note for his clients.
A yellow digital card for email and phone screens, in a landscape and a mobile version.

Presentations
Visuals that back up his words.
Most of my work for Kevin is on-screen presentations. They support what he says in his workshops and sessions, so the slides carry the point and he carries the room.
Most of these decks are confidential client work, so they are not shown here. I am happy to talk through how I build them.
